Micah Ndackson – Managing Partner
Micah graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University in 1981 with a Second Class Upper Division Degree in Business Administration specializing in Banking and Finance. His post graduation experience, which spans over 30 years started at the Chase Merchant Bank, Kano and ended with FSB International Bank PLC (FSB) .
Micah worked at Citibank Nigeria (then known as Nigeria International Bank) between 1985 and 1993. His more than 8 years experience covered the entire gamut of operations, credit & marketing, branch operations & co-ordination, data management, audit and internal controls. At various times, he was also the branch coordinator, data center manager and chief inspector.
A beneficiary of local and international courses, Mr. Ndackson has participated in audits of Citibank Branches in Niamey, Niger Republic; Dakar, Senegal; Prague, Czechoslovakia and Warsaw, Poland.
He resigned from FSB in December 1999 to set up his own consultancy and training outfit, Ndackson and Co – a product of his passion for excellent training and manpower development with a focus on the banking industry, his key clientele. He has the following certifications: Ziglar Certified Trainer (Ziz Ziglar, Dallas Texas, USA), Certified Life Success Consultant (Bob Proctor, Phoenix Arizona, USA), Certified Customer Service Trainer (SQI, Minneapolis, USA), Counselling Association of Nigeria (Lagos State Chapter), and Accredited Management Trainer (NCMD, Lagos).
Grace Ndackson – Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Grace seasoned stockbroker with over 5 years experience as a Trader/Dealer. She joined Ndackson & Company Ltd as a General Manager, Operations & Accounts from WSTC Financial Services Ltd; a renowned financial services institution in February 2009.
At WSTC, she was a manager and head of the relations management department. She has over 18 years of accounting experience after working for the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP), a Government agency, at various capacities and left as a Chief Accountant to complete a professional course. She qualified as a Stockbroker in 2001.
An Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Grace holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Accounting & Finance. She is also an Associate Member, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, having qualified in 2005. Grace Ndackson attended several training programs and professional courses at home and abroad.
A graduate of Accounting with Upper Credit and own a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Human Resources. He started his banking career with the then FSB International Bank in 2003 as a Teller and was thoroughly trained in cash management and vault administration.
Grounded in Cash Operations and Tellering he was identified and deployed to Citibank as a Cash Officer in 2004 to open and manage Citibank Cash locations/implants. He was a part of the team that put up the Tellering implant procedures/process flow for effective Tellering service delivery.
He moved to First City Monument Bank Plc (FCMB) in 2008 where he worked briefly as a relationship and Credit Officer before leaving in 2009 to Ndackson & Co Ltd as branch/implant coordinator. His diligence and commitment to assigned duties earned him sudden promotion to the Head of Outsourcing and now the Chief Resource Officer of the company.
